Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Production role will be responsible for:
- Following cGMP and regulatory standards to maintain product quality and efficiency
- Handling batch initiation and production activities in Clean Room / PP Area
- Calibration of balances and critical instruments for accurate measurement
- Reviewing Batch Records (BR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and validation protocols
- Coordinating with QA, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Maintaining cleanroom discipline, gowning procedures, and environmental controls
- Preparing and maintaining accurate production reports and documentation
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- ITI (A.O.C.P Operator) / M.Sc Organic Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical Engineering
- 2 to 7 years of experience in Production within the API industry (PP Area)
- Strong understanding of GMP and cleanroom practices
- Good knowledge of documentation review, troubleshooting, and teamwork
