Roles and Responsibilities
Production (API)
Candidates working in production will be responsible for handling API manufacturing operations and maintaining GMP standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing powder processing operations
• Batch planning and manpower handling
• Handling production and batch manufacturing activities
• Operating reactors, filters, centrifuges, dryers, and other equipment
• Managing filtration, SSR, FBD, RCVD, VTD, and jet mill operations
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness and plant hygiene
• Performing unit operations according to BPR guidelines
• Verifying raw materials and intermediates as per batch records
Quality Control (API)
Candidates in the QC department will work on analytical testing, stability testing, and laboratory operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Performing API analysis in wet labs and stability labs
• Handling instruments such as UV, IR, Autotitrator, Karl Fischer, and Potentiometer
• Conducting pH testing and analytical testing
• Working with HPLC, GC, LCMS, and GCMS systems
• Performing microbiology testing and validation activities
• Conducting sterility test MLT and microbial limit testing
• Handling water analysis and environmental monitoring
• Supporting validation protocols and laboratory documentation
