The Analyst will ensure compliant and timely order processing by screening customers, products, and shipments against European regulatory requirements and export control policies.

The selected candidate will:

  • Conduct order screening for restricted parties and embargo checks
  • Perform export control and regulatory compliance verification
  • Review and validate customer documents (EUDs, licenses, permits, declarations)
  • Release or block orders in SAP based on compliance status
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams
  • Ensure proper documentation before shipment dispatch
  • Maintain compliance with European trade regulations
  • Support continuous improvement in order screening workflows
  • Monitor regulatory risks in international shipments
