🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) documentation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of clinical research documents
- Support clinical operations teams with document tracking and filing
- Perform quality checks on essential trial documents
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for document reconciliation
- Maintain documentation logs and support audits/inspections

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical operations or clinical document management (eTMF preferred)

- Understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
