Roles & Responsibilities
As an apprentice, you will receive on-the-job training under experienced professionals. Typical responsibilities include:

- Supporting engineering tasks such as maintenance, fitting, and basic troubleshooting of plant machinery
- Learning Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and quality standards in a regulated pharma environment

- Documenting processes and gaining exposure to vial filling, packaging, and related operations

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

Stipend & Benefits
Selected apprentices will receive a competitive monthly stipend based on qualification:
- ITI Qualified: ₹9,600 per month
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc etc.): ₹12,300 per month
