Anthea Pharma is recruiting for the following roles in the Production Department:
- Operator / Line Chemist / Executive
These positions involve hands-on operations and supervisory responsibilities in a sterile injectable environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- For Operators/Line Chemists: Operate vial and ampoule filling machines, ampoule/vial washing equipment, dehydrogenation tunnels, and filling & sealing machines. Ensure smooth running of production lines in compliance with GMP and sterile standards. Handle routine machine operations, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
- For Executives: Supervise production activities on the line. Manage online documentation, batch record updates, and ensure all records are accurate and compliant. Oversee team performance, maintain production schedules, and support quality assurance during manufacturing.
Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, regulated sterile injectable setup focused on quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 to 6 years (freshers with relevant qualifications may apply for entry-level operator roles; experienced candidates preferred for executive positions)
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with vial/ampoule operations, washing machines, tunnels, filling, and sealing equipment (essential for operators).
- Knowledge of GMP, sterile manufacturing, and documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work in shifts.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is competitive and based on qualification, experience, and role level. Realistic estimates for similar positions in Hyderabad’s pharma sterile segment:
- Operators/Line Chemists (0-3 years): ₹2.0 – 4.0 Lakhs per annum
- Executives (3-6 years): ₹4.0 – 7.0 Lakhs per annum
