  • Experience: 2-6 years (freshers from recent batches may apply)
• Quality Control – Executive
  • Area: Finished Product Analysis
  • Key Skills: Hands-on experience in LIMS, HPLC analysis, and formulations
  • Qualifications: B.Pharmacy / M.Sc
  • Experience: 2+ years

Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts. The roles involve contributing to high-quality OSD production and ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• For Production (OSD) Technical Assistant:
  • Operate and troubleshoot coating, compression, and granulation machines (including FETTE and GLATT equipment).
  • Ensure smooth manufacturing processes for oral solid dosage forms.
  • Maintain equipment hygiene and follow GMP guidelines.
  • Handle production troubleshooting and support team in achieving output targets.
• For Quality Control Executive:
  • Perform analysis of finished products using HPLC, LIMS, and other analytical tools.
  • Conduct stability studies and ensure product quality compliance.
  • Document results accurately and support formulation-related testing.
  • Adhere to GLP and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background as specified above (ITI/Diploma/B.Sc for Production; B.Pharmacy/M.Sc for QC).
• Relevant experience in OSD/pharma formulation units preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in respective areas.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
