Intas is hiring for the following roles:
- Technician / Operator – Injectable Manufacturing
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 3 to 12 years
- Technician – OSD Packing (Cartonator)
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 3 to 11 years
- Senior Executive / Executive / Senior Officer / Officer – Quality Control
- Departments: QC – HPLC, FP, IP & AMV
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 3 to 11 years
Candidates must be open to working in shifts and possess experience in regulated plants (preferably USFDA, MHRA, EU, etc.). Those who have appeared for an interview at Intas in the last six months are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- For Technician/Operator roles (Injectable & OSD Packing):
- Operate and maintain manufacturing/packing equipment in cleanroom environments
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and cleanroom discipline
- Handle production processes for injectables or oral solid dosage forms
- Monitor operations and report deviations
- For Quality Control roles:
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, and other instruments
- Conduct testing of in-process, finished products, and analytical method validation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, etc.)
- Document results and maintain quality records
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational requirements as specified per position (Diploma/ITI for technical roles; B.Pharm/M.Pharm for QC)
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or QC in regulated facilities
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines preferred
