This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth raw material dispensing, regulatory compliance, data integrity, food safety, and occupational health & safety across liquid, N-Block, and vitamin-mineral premix products.

🔍 Key Responsibilities – Executive Supply Chain

• Ensure smooth and timely dispensing of raw materials for Liquid, N-Block & Vitamin-Mineral Premix products
• Maintain compliance with GST regulations, State Excise Act, and Legal Metrology (Weights & Measures) Act
• Prevent data integrity breaches at all operational levels
• Implement and monitor sanitation and hygiene activities in RM warehouse operations
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety, Quality, Environment & OHS Management Systems
• Handle regulatory, customer, and legal audits, including closure of non-conformities
• Maintain compliance with:
  • ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
  • FSSAI Act 2006, FSSC 22000
  • WHO-GMP, UNICEF, WFP, GAIN
  • Kosher, Halal, RSPO, FAMI-QS
• Follow US FDA export regulations – 21 CFR Part 110 & 111
• Conduct training programs for shop-floor personnel
• Implement QEHS policies, objectives, and continual improvement projects
• Ensure PPE usage, waste disposal, work permit systems, and incident reporting
• Identify QEHS risks, investigate incidents, and execute corrective & preventive actions

🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science , Pharmacy
• Preferred Experience:
  • Pharma / food / nutraceutical warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO systems, QEHS, EHS norms
  • Exposure to audits, regulatory inspections, and export compliance
