Quality Assurance (QA)
- Executive: 2 to 4 years of experience, with IPQA experience in OSD plant.
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or M.Sc.
- Senior Executive (DQA): 4 to 6 years of experience in formulations.
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or M.Sc.
Engineering
- Executive / Senior Executive: 4 to 8 years of experience.
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech.
- Focus: Process Engineering and Instrumentation in the Engineering Department.
Production – OSD
- Executive: 3 to 6 years of experience.
- Qualification: B.Sc, B.Pharmacy, Diploma, or M.Sc.
- Key Responsibilities: Handling granulation (FBP), Wurster coating & Roll compaction, pellets manufacturing processes.
Candidates must have relevant formulations (OSD) experience to be eligible. These roles involve critical operations in tablet, capsule, and pellet production, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute IPQA and DQA activities in formulations manufacturing.
- Manage process engineering, instrumentation, and maintenance in engineering sections.
- Operate and oversee granulation, Wurster coating, roll compaction, and pellet manufacturing in production.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, quality protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background as specified for each role (primarily Pharmacy, Science, Diploma, or Engineering).
- Hands-on experience in OSD formulations is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical processes like granulation, coating, and compaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
