Key Responsibilities

• Respond to medical inquiries and product-related questions from physicians, pharmacists, consumers, and sales representatives.
• Accurately document inquiries and responses in approved databases and formats.
• Support the Medical Information Department in developing and updating standard response letters, FAQs, and reference documents.
• Collect and document adverse event (AE) details received via phone, email, fax, or other channels, following drug safety and local SOPs.
• Perform medical literature searches using databases such as PubMed, OVID, and EMBASE.
• Maintain and update product information databases (client-specific or APCER systems).
• Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of SOPs and procedural documents.
• Prepare and review weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely medical responses.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• UG: B.Pharm (Any specialization)
• PG: M.Pharm (Any specialization)
• Doctorate: PhD (Pharmacy) – optional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct systematic medical literature reviews
• Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and medical information processes
• Willingness to learn and work in a compliance-driven global environment
