Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical inquiries and product-related questions from physicians, pharmacists, consumers, and sales representatives.
- Accurately document inquiries and responses in approved databases and formats.
- Support the Medical Information Department in developing and updating standard response letters, FAQs, and reference documents.
- Collect and document adverse event (AE) details received via phone, email, fax, or other channels, following drug safety and local SOPs.
- Perform medical literature searches using databases such as PubMed, OVID, and EMBASE.
- Maintain and update product information databases (client-specific or APCER systems).
- Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of SOPs and procedural documents.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely medical responses.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- UG: B.Pharm (Any specialization)
- PG: M.Pharm (Any specialization)
- Doctorate: PhD (Pharmacy) – optional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct systematic medical literature reviews
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and medical information processes
- Willingness to learn and work in a compliance-driven global environment
