Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis and testing of biotechnology-derived therapeutic products, vaccines, or other biological therapeutics using instruments like HPLC, ELISA, Western Blot, Gel Electrophoresis, and UV-VIS Spectrophotometer.
- Development and validation of analytical methods for biotechnology-derived therapeutics.
- Drafting monographs and chapters for the Indian Pharmacopoeia.
- Performing cell culture methods and other biological assays.
- Maintaining accurate records of experiments and analyses.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in biological therapeutics, cell & gene therapy, or related fields.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, ELISA, Western Blot, Gel Electrophoresis).
- Knowledge of national and international guidelines on biotechnology-derived therapeutics.
- Basic computer skills.
