Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Medical Writer at IQVIA, you will:
- Prepare assigned medical writing documents, particularly CSR narratives, with high accuracy and clarity.
- Manage daily writing tasks, track timelines, and implement reviewer feedback efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and, occasionally, external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GCP, drug development, clinical research trends, and medical writing regulations.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with IQVIA SOPs, customer requirements, and global quality standards.
- Summarize and interpret clinical data accurately using sound understanding of medical terminology and statistical concepts.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Required: Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Preferred: Masterโs degree or Ph.D. in Life Sciences.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Writing Trainee, with strong narrative writing skills.
- Strong grasp of clinical research, medical terminology, statistical methods, and CSR structure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with sound judgment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and documentation tools.
