Philips is hiring a Quality and PMS Associate for its Gurgaon location. The selected candidate will support post-market product safety surveillance, risk management, PMS documentation, and compliance activities. This position directly contributes to evaluating product performance, identifying risks, and ensuring patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality & PMS Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Creation and maintenance of PMS Plans and PMS Reports.
- Preparation and periodic update of PSURs (Periodic Safety Update Reports).
- Conducting Periodic Quality Review Board Meetings and creating review reports.
- Leading and executing CAPAs related to post-market surveillance.
- Supporting audits and inspections.
- Facilitating Post-Market Risk Assessment, including:
- Issue impact assessments
- Health hazard evaluations
- Managing complaint handling activities.
- Supporting continuous improvement within QMS frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
- 2–4 years of experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, or Quality Assurance.
- Prior experience in complaint handling and PMS activities.
