Roles & Responsibilities (Production)
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other production equipment
- Perform batch charging, filtration, drying, and packing activities
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and logbooks
- Participate in cleaning and area maintenance
Roles & Responsibilities (Engineering & Utility)
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
- Operation and maintenance of utilities (Boiler, Chillers, AHU, etc.)
- Troubleshooting and documentation as per regulatory standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Tech/Diploma/ITI in relevant streams
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Knowledge of cGMP and safety practices is an advantage
