1. Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA)
Positions: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive / Manager
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 12 years
Desired Skills:
- QC: Strong knowledge of HPLC, GLP, Stability, Finished Goods, RM & PM testing
- QA: Expertise in IPQA, Validation, Analytical QA
2. Production (OSD)
Positions: Technician / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ITI, Diploma
Experience: 2 to 12 years
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience in tablet and capsule formulation
- Knowledge of granulation, compression, coating & capsule filling processes
3. Packing (OSD)
Positions: Technician / Officer / Sr. Officer / Manager
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ITI, Diploma
Experience: 2 to 12 years
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of strip/blister/cartonator packing machines
- Understanding of QMS and packing operations
- Ability to manage shifts and ensure packing line compliance
4. Engineering Department
Positions: Technician / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive / Manager
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech, ITI, Diploma
Experience: 2 to 10 years (Managers: 12+ years)
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in manufacturing/packing engineering operations
- Knowledge of breakdown & preventive maintenance
- Calibration, QMS, GxP compliance, MIS, OPEX & CAPEX budgeting
