🔍 Job Responsibilities

As a Pharmacovigilance Specialist, you will:

• Prepare, review, and assist in the submission of Periodic Adverse Drug Experience Reports (PADERs)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time regulatory submissions
• Maintain strict adherence to Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) and global regulatory standards
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring robust documentation and process quality
• Utilize safety databases, perform MedDRA coding, and ensure data integrity
• Participate in safety-related activities to maintain compliance and operational excellence

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• 2–3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
• Strong hands-on experience with PADER preparation and management
• Familiarity with safety databases and MedDRA coding
• Knowledge of GVP, GCP, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• MedDRA coding certification (preferred but not mandatory)

📍 Job Location & Shift

• Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Shift Timings: 3 PM – 12 Midnight IST
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
