As a Clinical Data SME (Subject Matter Expert), you will act as the key data expert for clinical trials, collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and global stakeholders. Your expertise enables accurate, analysis-ready datasets that advance evidence generation for R&D.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data feasibility and use-case requirements.
- Identify relevant clinical data domains and ADaM variables for scientific questions.
- Guide data transformations, interpretation, and mapping logic.
- Perform data quality assessments to validate datasets before delivery.
- Share knowledge on CDISC standards, ADaM pooling, and data governance.
- Contribute to documentation ensuring transparent transformation processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across data workflows.
Essential Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience with clinical trial data in Pharma/CRO.
- Strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM, ADaM, MedDRA, and therapeutic areas (Neuroscience/Oncology/CRM/Immunology preferred).
- Expertise in pooling ADaM datasets across historical trials.
- Experience with legacy data standards and clinical study documents (Protocol/CSR).
- Hands-on programming: SQL, Python, R, and SAS/PROC SQL.
- Strong analytical skills, data quality assessment, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in global Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
