Job Responsibilities
As an IPDRG Trainee at Omega Healthcare, you will:

- Learn and process Inpatient DRG (IPDRG) data accurately.
- Perform clinical coding and documentation review.
- Gain hands-on training in CCS certification workflows.
- Work with healthcare data, coding rules, guidelines, and classification systems.
- Support the IPDRG team in coding, quality checks, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and organizational SOPs.
Eligibility & Qualifications

- A degree in Paramedical or Clinical Sciences (e.g., B.Sc Nursing, BPT, MLT, Pharma, Life Sciences).
- Good understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
