Key Responsibilities
- Process US medical billing accounts accurately within the defined TAT
- Handle payer rejections with accuracy and efficiency
- Work in a 24×7 environment, including night shifts
- Maintain strong documentation using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ensure accuracy in billing to reduce denials and improve revenue outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of:
- US healthcare system
- Medicare & Medicaid billing rules
- Medical billing workflows
Preferred Skill Set
- Healthcare process knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers, senior team members, and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving healthcare setting
