- Support client implementation and contribute to workflow improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of PV experience, including 1 year leadership experience.

- Experience working with PV systems such as Argus Safety, ARISg, or equivalent.
2️⃣ Pharmacovigilance Director – India
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the PV function across India.
- Support global PV strategy and ensure operational compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, resource forecasting, client governance, and escalations.
- Mentor high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support vendor relationships, audits, and implementation of acquired business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive PV leadership experience ideally within global teams.
- Deep knowledge of PV regulations, case processing lifecycle, and safety database platforms.
- Strong strategic, communication, and negotiation skills.
