🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement territory alignment and structuring based on performance analytics.
- Analyze IQVIA sales, Rx trends, and call activity datasets to optimize field engagement.
- Perform predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining to identify trends.
- Collaborate with commercial, IT, analytics, and operations teams to support execution.
- Innovate through automation, digital dashboards, and AI/ML-based insights.
- Build and present executive dashboards, reports, and data insights for leadership.
- Maintain territory management platforms including JTD tool and Veeva CRM.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in:
- Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Data Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in commercial analytics, biopharma analytics, or field effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SQL, Python, Excel (Advanced + VBA), Tableau, Power BI
- Field alignment tools such as JTD, Veeva CRM
- Working with IQVIA datasets and Rx analytics
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
