Key Responsibilities
- Production & Packing: Operate tablet/capsule lines, ensure batch compliance, and maintain GMP in OSD formulation.
- Quality Control (QC): Perform HPLC/GC testing, stability studies, and documentation in USFDA-approved labs (note: M.Sc. not eligible for QC in Athal).
- Technology Transfer: Scale-up processes from R&D to commercial production.
- Engineering & Maintenance: Handle preventive maintenance, utilities, and equipment qualification.
- QA & R&D: Validate methods, conduct audits, and support regulatory submissions.
