Key Responsibilities
Production (Filling/Autoclave/Compounding/Lyophilization)
- Operate vial filling lines, autoclaves, and lyophilizers under cGMP.
- Execute batch compounding, filtration, and aseptic processing for injectables.
- Maintain real-time documentation and troubleshoot process deviations.
Quality Control (Raw Materials/Finished Goods/Stability)
- Perform HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry testing for injectable RM/FP.
- Manage stability studies per ICH guidelines and OOS investigations.
- Ensure compliance with USP/EP/BP standards for specialty injectables.
Microbiology (Testing/Environmental Monitoring/QMS)
- Conduct BET, sterility, and bioburden testing for sterile injectables.
- Execute EM trending, water system validation, and media fill simulations.
- Handle microbial identifications and QMS documentation (CAPA, deviations).
Quality Assurance (IPQA/Validation)
- Perform in-process checks during filling, lyophilization, and packing.
- Lead equipment qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) and CSV for injectables.
- Conduct batch record review and regulatory audit readiness.
Engineering (Utilities/HVAC/Water System/Instrumentation/BMS)
- Maintain HVAC, WFI, pure steam, and compressed air systems for cleanrooms.
- Calibrate instruments, PLC/SCADA, and BMS for injectable manufacturing.
- Execute preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution with zero downtime.
