🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Perform HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) medical coding for healthcare records.
• Review clinical documentation and assign accurate diagnosis codes.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10 and CMS guidelines.
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with internal QA teams to ensure documentation completeness.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Biotechnology.
• Certified or Non-Certified medical coders can apply (CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to join immediately.
