🧩 Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice – Centralized Delivery, you will:
- Support the Global Clinical Operations and Project Delivery teams in reviewing reports and preparing CRA process packs.
- Assist in study startup activities, site access management, and investigator payments.
- Maintain project and technical documentation following Fortrea’s SOPs.
- Perform data visualization and analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct quality checks, escalate issues as needed, and contribute to process improvements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to functional and line management teams.
🎓 Educational Qualifications & Skills
Required Education:

- B.E./B.Tech in Biotechnology, or
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences
Preferred Skills:
- 0–11 months of experience in Clinical Operations or related domains within CROs, pharma, or biotech industries.
- Strong analytical mindset with curiosity about clinical research processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask, maintain quality, and meet productivity benchmarks.
- Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and data management systems is a plus.
