🩺 About the Role
As a US Medical Records Review Specialist, you’ll review, organize, and summarize patient medical records used in litigation, insurance claims, personal injury, and workers’ compensation cases. The goal is to produce clear, hyperlinked medical summaries that meet client-specific standards and medico-legal documentation requirements.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Review and organize US medical records to extract critical data such as injury details, chronology, interventions, and complications.
- Create structured chronology sheets and detailed summary reports with hyperlinks and indices.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, medico-legal standards, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) securely in line with HIPAA and data-privacy protocols.
- Collaborate with internal quality teams to maintain accuracy and consistency.
🎓 Essential Qualifications
- Education: BAMS / BHMS / BPT / BDS / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–3 years in US medical record review and summarization
- Skills:
- Strong clinical and medical knowledge; ability to interpret H&P, Operative, Radiology, Lab, and Consult notes
- Excellent written English and documentation clarity
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Prior experience in medico-legal reviews, personal injury, or workers’ compensation claims
