Tata Memorial Centre’s Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (HBCH&RC), Muzaffarpur, has announced a Walk-in Interview for the post of Trial Coordinator (Project-based) under the TMCIIC Study, a prestigious clinical research initiative funded by TMC-TRAC.
This is an excellent opportunity for life science and pharmacy postgraduates with a background in clinical research to gain hands-on experience in oncology trials and research coordination.
Position Details
Position: Trial Coordinator
Location: HBCH&RC, Shri Krishna Medical College & Hospital Campus, Muzaffarpur, Bihar – 842004
Project Title: TMCIIC Study — “A Phase III randomized controlled study comparing triple oral metronomic chemotherapy with low-dose immunotherapy to intravenous chemotherapy in patients with advanced platinum-sensitive head and neck squamous cell carcinoma in first-line palliative setting.”
Type: Contract (6 months, renewable based on project continuation)
Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Consolidated)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and management of clinical trial activities under the TMCIIC Study.
- Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Support investigators and clinical teams in patient enrollment, follow-up, and data collection.
- Maintain regulatory and ethics committee documentation.
- Facilitate communication between clinical sites, investigators, and project sponsors.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in Science (M.Pharm, Life Sciences, Biotech, Zoology, Botany, etc.) with a PG Diploma in Clinical Research (mandatory) and one year of experience (desirable).
OR - Graduate degree in Science with a PG Diploma in Clinical Research (mandatory) and two years of experience (desirable).
