Radiant Systems Inc is hiring an Associate Regulatory Affairs Specialist in Mumbai for a hybrid contract role. This position is ideal for science or pharma graduates with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to support global regulatory submissions and data management initiatives.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global Registration, Notification, and Certification (RNC) processes using ETQ and RIMS systems.
  • Generate and analyze SAP reports to ensure compliance; identify new stop codes using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Maintain master databases in Excel and Power BI for monthly reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Validate regulatory data in EQT systems for accuracy and integrity.
  • Support regulatory submissions, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with global GRA teams to meet submission timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for regulatory data processes.
  • Assist in maintaining standardized regulatory workflows aligned with industry best practices.

🎓 Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Regulatory Affairs.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, or cosmetic).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Compliance.
  • Hands-on with ETQ, RIMS, SAP ERP, or equivalent systems.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian and global regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
