💼 Role Overview
1. Clinical Lead Analyst (CLA)
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: Minimum 3 years (with at least 1.5 years in clinical research)
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytics, reports, and risk alerts to Clinical Lead and study teams.
- Support clinical project oversight and adherence to SOPs, GCP, and study plans.
- Monitor project KPIs and recommend timely corrective actions.
- Review site performance data, manage protocol deviations, and ensure CTMS/EDC compliance.
- Assist with project execution, documentation, and data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Certification in Clinical Research (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of ICH-GCP and local regulatory frameworks.
2. Senior Clinical Lead Analyst (SCLA)
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 3 years in clinical research)
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced project analytics and clinical performance insights.
- Support Clinical Leads in managing global clinical trial operations.
- Track project milestones, compliance, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation and study optimization.
- Ensure database compliance across CTMS, IWRS, and EDC systems.
