Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator (CDC), you will:

- Ensure data quality through accurate validation, review, and data cleaning within study timelines.
- Monitor data cleaning activities and generate status reports for the Study Data Manager and project teams.
- Participate in drafting essential study documents, including the Data Management Plan (DMP) and Centralized Monitoring Plan (CMP).
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for databases, listings, and patient profiles, providing constructive feedback to programming teams.
- Execute centralized monitoring per study requirements, ensuring effective communication and risk escalation.
- Mentor new CDCs and identify opportunities to improve workflows and data accuracy.
- Act as a back-up for the Study Data Manager when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a drug development-related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM) and understanding of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- Familiarity with clinical databases and data validation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical aptitude for database technologies.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and team player attitude.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
