Key Responsibilities
As a Global Scientific Advisor, you will:
- Provide scientific leadership in Rare Disease therapeutic areas, including haemoglobinopathies, rare endocrine disorders, and bleeding disorders.
- Develop and critically review scientific content, slide decks, omnichannel materials, and educational programs ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to support publication and education initiatives.
- Lead and mentor team members while implementing AI tools to enhance medical communication.
- Drive global medical event strategies, including symposia, advisory boards, and CME programs.
- Support product launches and ensure alignment of communication across global and focus markets.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- MD or PhD in Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, or related field.
- At least 6+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Communications.
- Proven record in clinical medicine, drug development, or medical writing.
- Experience in global medical events and KOL engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools in scientific content development is a plus.
