Key Responsibilities
As a Telehealth & Pharmacy Operations Associate, you’ll manage the backbone of Ivy & Prime’s telehealth ecosystem by:

1. Partner & Wellness Onboarding
- Identifying, approaching, and onboarding verified professionals—doctors, pharmacies, and wellness experts.
- Developing tier-based onboarding systems (“Verified,” “Elite,” “Everyday Noble”).
- Designing partnership decks, outreach templates, and incentive structures.
2. Telehealth Integration
- Verifying and onboarding doctors, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Coordinating licensing, documentation, and cross-border compliance.
- Educating partners on digital prescription handling and e-pharmacy workflows.
3. B2B Expansion
- Building partnerships with brands, clinics, and service providers.
- Managing affiliate, referral, and co-branded campaigns.
- Negotiating revenue-sharing agreements and supporting professional outreach.
4. Network Operations & Community Engagement
- Coordinating teleconsultations, patient prescriptions, and order tracking.
- Collaborating with tech teams to enhance platform flow and KPIs.
- Organizing wellness events, challenges, and creator-driven campaigns.
5. Growth & Campaign Strategy
- Launching creator and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Managing Ivy & Prime’s social media presence and engagement funnels.
- Tracking campaign ROI, engagement rates, and referral conversions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, or Healthcare Management.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in telehealth, hospital operations, or e-pharmacy preferred.
- Knowledge of telemedicine regulations, medical compliance, and digital prescriptions.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in Notion, Canva, CRM tools, and AI-driven productivity platforms.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
