Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for client engagements.
- Develop end-to-end pharma forecast models, including patient flow and trend analysis.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

💼 Experience:
- 3 to 8 years of pharma forecasting, commercial analytics, or consulting experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare domain.
🧩 Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pharma forecasting methodologies – patient flow models, baseline trending, market modeling.
- Expertise in data analytics, Excel, and forecasting tools (experience in tools like Excel VBA, Power BI, R, Python, or SAS is a plus).
- Understanding of pharma commercial processes, product lifecycle, and market dynamics.
- Strong client communication and project management skills.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and lead multiple workstreams independently.
- Exposure to IQVIA data assets (MIDAS, Xponent, DDD, etc.) will be advantageous.

Role Overview
The Epidemiology Research Associate 2 will support real-world data studies, drug safety analysis, and pharmacoepidemiology projects. The role involves literature reviews, protocol drafting, and contributing to research publications and conference presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing real-world evidence (RWE) and epidemiology studies.
- Perform systematic literature reviews and synthesize findings.
- Draft study protocols, reports, and manuscripts for client-facing deliverables.
- Collaborate on data mapping, CRF development, and statistical analysis plans.
- Contribute to the development of research best practices and new project proposals.
🎓 Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Pharmacoepidemiology, Public Health, or Pharmacy with a concentration in Epidemiology.
OR - Ph.D. in Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related scientific field (preferred).
💼 Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, or real-world evidence (RWE) research.
Key Skills Required:
- Sound methodological training in epidemiology and public health research methods.
- Experience in real-world studies, drug safety and effectiveness, or observational research.
