Key Responsibilities
As a Review of Records Summarization Specialist, your role will involve:
- Reviewing and summarizing various medical records including Workers’ Compensation, Disability, Attending Physician’s Statements, diagnostic and therapy reports.
- Sorting, indexing, hyperlinking, and bookmarking PDFs for efficient navigation.
- Creating concise medical summaries in SOAP, narrative, and paragraph formats.
- Preparing case synopses, deposition summaries, and subsequent record reviews.
- Supporting physicians in QME, PQME, IME, birth injury, and veteran affairs cases.
- Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: BSc, MSc, DPharm, BPharm, MPharm, BAMS, BHMS, BA, or MA.
- Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical or legal terminology is preferred.
- Experience: Prior work in medical documentation, data summarization, or healthcare administration will be an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with document management tools, PDF hyperlinking, and indexing.
