Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Manager I, you will:
- Coordinate and manage Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with principal investigators, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Plan logistics, budgets, and timelines for all trial phases.
- Track study progress, milestones, and financials, ensuring timely deliverables.
- Prepare study reports and analytical summaries for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain complete documentation and audit-ready records.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Clinical Research (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trial management or related fields.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Certification such as CCRP (preferred).
