Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Management Associate at Lilly, you will:
- Execute and oversee end-to-end clinical data management from study setup to database lock.
- Deliver high-quality, compliant datasets on time and within scope.
- Coordinate data flow across multiple vendors and niche data sources, including biomarkers and pharmacokinetic data.
- Contribute to essential deliverables such as the Data Management Plan, Project Plan, and Clinical Datasets.
- Support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections with accurate data documentation.
- Conduct central coding and ensure compliance with Lillyโs global data standards.
- Participate in archiving, decommissioning, and inspection readiness activities.
- Apply GCP, ICH, FDA, and MHRA standards in all data processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in any of the following:
- Life Sciences, Medical field, Nursing, Pharmacy, Statistics, Informatics, or Information Technology
- Strong understanding of clinical data management processes and standards
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills
- Experience in clinical research, data validation, or clinical data systems preferred
