This is an incredible opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who want to work on global IP renewals and ensure clients’ intellectual property rights are safely maintained.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
As an IP Renewals Analyst, you’ll:
- Perform activities related to renewing clients’ portfolios of IP rights within agreed turnaround times.
- Review case status in renewal systems and interpret client requests accurately.
- Process allocated work according to task priority and client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and communicate completion status to supervisors or clients.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and regional stakeholders.
🔹 Required Qualifications and Skills
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s or postgraduate degree.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
🔹 About the Team
You’ll join Clarivate’s Global Renewals Team, which manages renewal of intellectual property rights for clients worldwide. The team includes Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers who collaborate closely to safeguard clients’ IP assets.
Work Mode: Hybrid (5 days onsite)
Shift Timing: 9 AM–6 PM (flexible as per process/client needs)
Location: Noida, India
