Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Associate I, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring global dossier compliance and quality. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Compiling Module 3 and Module 2.3 (Quality Overall Summary) for regulatory submissions.
  • Evaluating dossier content for completeness, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Managing change controls and strategizing regulatory filing categories.
  • Responding to CMC queries from regulatory authorities and clients.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with departments and suppliers to maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Staying updated with ICH guidelines, GMP, pharmacopoeias, and EU/US regulatory developments.
  • Maintaining databases and internal tracking systems for all submissions.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Regulatory Affairs, preferably with Europe and International markets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
    • Strong organizational and IT skills
    • Detail-oriented and proactive work ethic
    • Team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities
