🧬 Key Responsibilities
- Assign accurate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT) to diagnoses and procedures.
- Review clinical documents for completeness and compliance.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in coding to meet client standards.
- Collaborate with team members for audits and process improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information at all times.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences
- BHMS / BAMS / BDS or equivalent
- Only fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
