Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and track Case Report Forms (CRFs) and Data Clarification Forms (DCFs).
- Perform accurate data entry from CRFs into the data capture system.
- Conduct data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain documentation and support archival of study-related records.
- Prepare source CRF documents for BA/BE and Phase 1 studies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data systems.
- Perform eCTD-compliant processing of scanned CRFs with bookmarking and Table of Contents creation.
- Collaborate with the Data Management Team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Pharm or M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields).
- 0โ2 years of experience in clinical research or data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of clinical workflows and data capture systems.
- Ability to perform quality checks and maintain regulatory compliance.
