💼 Key Responsibilities
For Analyst – Lab Informatics
- Configure, administer, and support lab informatics platforms (LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS).
- Lead system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, ALCOA+).
- Develop dashboards, data queries, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with IT, QA, and lab users for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Train new users and maintain SOPs, training guides, and audit documentation.
For Manager – Lab Informatics
- Lead implementation and support of key lab systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS).
- Oversee CSV, SDLC, and system integration with ERP/QMS/MES.
- Mentor analysts and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and performance metrics for lab operations.
- Drive digital lab automation and analytics initiatives.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Analyst Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Systems, or Bioinformatics.
- 5–8 years’ experience in lab informatics within pharma/biotech/CDMO.
- Knowledge of LIMS, ELN, Empower CDS, or SDMS software.
- Understanding of software validation, GxP, and data integrity.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
Manager Role
- 8–12 years in lab informatics, including 3 years in leadership.
- Proven experience with LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS in GxP environments.
- Familiar with CSV, data integrity, and audit readiness.
- Strong project management, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
