Key Responsibilities

As a Site Solution Executive, your core responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and facilitating all clinical trial activities at the site in compliance with study protocols and GCP standards.
• Supporting the Principal Investigator (PI) and site teams in meeting sponsor and regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing site processes, identifying operational gaps, and implementing process improvements.
• Managing Trial Master File (TMF) and ensuring accurate trial documentation.
• Preparing for and assisting during monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Handling ethics committee submissions, patient scheduling, and enrollment tracking.
• Maintaining Investigational Product (IP) accountability and lab sample documentation.
• Ensuring timely resolution of data queries and maintaining communication with CRO and sponsor representatives.
• Supporting patient-awareness initiatives and investigator meetings.
• Reporting site performance metrics and identifying potential operational risks.

Qualifications & Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical, Biological, or Mathematical Sciences.
• Alternatively, a Medical, Dental, or Nursing qualification is acceptable.
• Candidates without these qualifications must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working at clinical research sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a local Indian language.
• High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ethical standards, patient rights, and clinical data management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related documentation tools.
