Global biopharma leader GSK invites applications for the position of Technical Associate Intern in its Pharmacovigilance Excellence (PVE) team at Bengaluru.
This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in drug safety processes, Veeva Vault management, eTMF support, and global PV operations, making it an ideal opportunity for Life Science and Pharmacy graduates aspiring to build a career in pharmacovigilance and clinical research.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Provide cross-functional technical support within the Pharmacovigilance Excellence (PVE) team.
- Assist Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Safety Process Leads (SPLs) with operational and documentation tasks.
- Undertake Template Manager role for PV documents in Veeva Vault (Regulatory & Clinical).
- Support metric collection, management monitoring, and PV communications.
- Manage group mailboxes and ensure timely triage of technical queries.
- Review and update PVE web content and documentation repositories.
- Support Development Core Safety Information (DCSI) management and Case Awareness tools.
- Provide assistance for eTMF, Medical Devices safety, and MedDRA/TFQ operations.
🎓 Qualifications and Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.)
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and document management systems).
- Familiarity with medical/scientific terminology and PV/clinical processes is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and collaborative mindset.
💰 Salary Range
- Estimated stipend/salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on similar GSK internship programs in India).
