Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at ProPharma, you will:

- Support Operations teams with database insights and analytics.
- Develop and standardize client reporting templates.
- Collaborate globally with Client Services teams on reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot telephony and database issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Generate monthly client activity summaries and internal inquiry reports.
- Assist in quality assurance, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
- Provide administrative support for report creation and reconciliation.
- Train and mentor new team members on database use and reporting systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data platform creation and report generation.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical data systems is an advantage.
