🧠 Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Assistant at JSS Research, you will:

• Support Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Project Managers in day-to-day trial operations.
• Assist in maintaining essential study documentation and Trial Master Files (TMF).
• Coordinate with investigators, ethics committees, and internal teams.
• Ensure trial activities comply with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage study logistics, documentation, and data tracking systems.
• Support site initiation and monitoring visits as required.

🎓 Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
• 0 to 6 months of relevant experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of clinical research processes and GCP guidelines.
