🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently abstract clinical data from various medical sources for disease-specific projects.
• Analyze and interpret complex medical records (Inpatient, Discharge summaries, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality audits.
• Maintain QA benchmarks as per project standards.
• Collaborate with data analysts and healthcare professionals to improve data abstraction processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and medical terminologies.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Any Life Sciences degree – BDS, MDS, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPharm, Nursing.
• Experience: 1–4 years in medical data abstraction (Oncology or Cardiovascular experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Anatomy and Physiology.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
