These individuals are hired directly into the consulting team, not as interns.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant at IQVIA, you will:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze healthcare market trends and key client issues.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive actionable insights.
- Support consulting engagements in areas such as brand strategy, market access, and digital health optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare reports, presentations, and client workshops.
- Assist in proposal development and project documentation.
- Present findings to senior management and client teams.
- Contribute to internal training, learning programs, and recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications and Eligibility
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business, with 2–3 years’ experience in the healthcare/pharma industry, OR a PhD with commercial exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in Commercial or Strategy Consulting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel globally and work on diverse projects.
- Right to work in India (for Bangalore or Gurugram locations).
