Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will:

- Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile safety reports as per defined processes.
- Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Handle both serious and non-serious adverse cases following client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Solve routine pharmacovigilance problems using general guidelines and precedents.
- Collaborate with your team and supervisors while contributing as an individual contributor.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Experience: 0-2 years in pharmacovigilance operations, drug safety, or clinical research
- Skills: Knowledge of ICSRs, MedDRA coding, pharmacovigilance guidelines, and data reconciliation
