Key Responsibilities
As a PV Operations Transformation Lead, you will:
- Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to enhance pharmacovigilance (PV) operations efficiency and compliance.
- Lead transformation projects across case processing, aggregate reporting, literature surveillance, and safety system operations.
- Develop and implement long-term process improvement roadmaps aligned with regulatory standards.
- Utilize LSS tools like DMAIC, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to streamline workflows.
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs and develop dashboards for performance tracking.
- Champion automation and digital transformation in PV processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, conduct LSS workshops, and mentor teams.
- Collaborate with global PV teams, regulatory affairs, and external vendors for harmonization and audit readiness.
- Support CAPA implementation and provide strategic leadership insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in global pharmacovigilance operations.
- Proven record in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma project execution.
- Green Belt certification (minimum); Black Belt preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GVP, FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience with safety databases such as LSMV or Veeva Vault Safety.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or Tableau for data visualization.
- Demonstrated project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
